The Qatar Stars League announced that it will donate all proceeds from tickets for the semi-final matches scheduled to be held in the Qatar Cup tomorrow to the citizens affected by the earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria.
After the earthquakes whose epicenter was Kahramanmaraş and which also affected Syria, the support of the sports world in Turkey and Syria continued. The Qatar Stars League stated, in a statement today, that the ticket revenues for the semi-final matches of the Qatar Cup, which will be held tomorrow, will be sent to Turkey and Syria.
The statement made on the official website of the organization stated that such an initiative was initiated to help citizens affected by the earthquake.
In addition, the statement asked fans to contribute to this initiative by purchasing tickets.
In the semi-finals of the Qatar Cup, Al Sadd Al Arabi will play tomorrow at 16:40, and Al Duhail – Al Wakrah at 19:45.
The proceeds from these get-togethers will be sent to earthquake victims.
