Accordingly, the city of Istanbul decided to start examining buildings that were built before the year 2000 for free and to return a risk report.
Within the scope of the municipality’s “building detection project”, in the event of an application being submitted, the directorate will examine buildings that were constructed before the year 2000 and prepare earthquake risk analyses. An application can be submitted on the website for review. It is enough for any apartment owner to come forward to identify it using the “quick inspection” method.
