The total wealth of wealthy Arabs decreased in the current year 2023 to $51 billion, compared to $52.9 billion in the previous year 2022, according to a report by the American “Forbes” magazine.

According to “Forbes” magazine, the Egyptian Nassef Sawiris has maintained the top spot in the rich Arabs according to the original nationality, as his wealth amounted to $ 7.5 billion, despite its decrease by about $ 300 million compared to 2022.

As for the second place at the Arab level, it went to the Algerian billionaire, Issad Rabrab and his family, with an estimated fortune of about $ 4.6 billion, while Emirati businessman Hussein Sajwani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Damac” Real Estate, came in third place with a fortune of $ 4.5 billion.

Globally, American businessman Elon Musk lost his position as the richest person in the world, as French luxury goods tycoon Bernard Arnault topped the rankings for the year 2023, with a fortune of $211 billion.
