The most important health rules that you should observe during the Suhoor meal:

Relying on cold dairy such as yogurt, liquid milk, and other derivatives such as labneh and unsalted white cheese.

Avoid fatty foods and pans, as they cause gastrointestinal distress and lead to thirst and diarrhea during fasting days.

Fruits and vegetables are among the best because they make you feel full due to the presence of fiber, and also keep you thirsty

Dried fruits are ideal and dates are also ideal for providing the energy and minerals the body needs during the fasting days.

Too much drinking water without exaggeration because it will cause colic.

Avoid sugar-sweetened liquids and replace them with natural ones such as orange juice.

Avoid foods that cause bloating and gas, such as cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage.

Drink warm aromatic and herbal drinks, such as chamomile, sage, anise, and others.
