The Turkish Meteorological Authority warned of heavy rains and thunderstorms in the western White Sea and southern Aegean Sea.
Heavy rains are expected in the northern Aegean Sea, Edirne, Mardin, Batman, Çanakkale, Denizli, Usak, Afyonkarahisar, Mugla, Aydin, Tunceli and Isparta.
A sandstorm is also expected to hit the eastern White Sea and southeastern Anatolia.
And she called on citizens to be careful and wary of the consequences that may occur due to rain, such as floods, lightning strikes, and disruption of transportation.
