The municipality of the Turkish state of Bolu posted a long banner on the municipality headquarters written in both Arabic and Turkish.
And the news circulated that the banner reads: “You fled from your homeland and sought refuge in our country. We hosted you for 11 years, but enough now. We want our peace. Leave as you came immediately!”
It is worth noting that the mayor of Bolu is “Tangu Ozjan,” a member of the opposition Republican People’s Party, led by Kamal Kilicdaroglu, who pledges to return Syrian refugees within one year if he wins the Turkish elections.
It is worth noting that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan won 60.9 percent in the first round of the presidential elections in Bolu state, while Kilicdaroglu got 31 percent of the votes of Bolu residents.
